1. Verify Visa and Transit Eligibility
Ensure that you:
- Hold a valid visa or meet the visa exemption requirements for entry into Taiwan.
- Qualify as a transit passenger.
Definition of Transit:
This program is exclusively for transit passengers. “Transit” (or “transfer”) refers to a situation where a passenger disembarks at Taoyuan International Airport (TPE) — not at Taipei Songshan Airport (TSA) — and boards another flight to continue their journey to a final destination different from the original point of departure.

2. Make an Online Reservation for a Transit Half-Day Tour
Choose from the available options:
- Morning Tour
- Afternoon Tour
- Evening Tour
- Self-Guided Tour (A) to (E)

3. Receive Confirmation Email
- Your flight information will be preliminarily reviewed by the system.
- Upon arrival, on-site staff will conduct a second verification of your eligibility.
- If you do not meet the transit criteria, the staff reserves the right to decline your application.

4. Complete the Online Arrival Card on the Day of Arrival
Fill out the arrival card online at:

5. Upon Arrival in Taiwan
Proceed to the Transit Half-Day Tour Counter at the airport.

6. Check-in and Collect Your Voucher
Present your passport and boarding pass at the counter to check in and receive your voucher.
